6-Month Premier | $774 upfront
Equivalent to just $129/month. Our lowest semaglutide treatment price, with your full 6-month medication supply shipped together for maximum savings and treatment consistency.

Dosing & Customization

Available weekly doses range from 0.25 mg to 2.5 mg:

• 0.25 mg weekly
• 0.5 mg weekly
• 1.0 mg weekly
• 1.5 mg weekly
• 2.0 mg weekly
• 2.5 mg weekly

Your dose is individualized based on appetite control, food noise, results, side effects, tolerance, and treatment goals.

Bundle patients are not automatically required to increase their dose each month. Even if your bundle includes progressively higher-strength vials, our clinical team can adjust how much you inject so you can remain at a lower dose when appropriate.

Care Access

An active Care Access plan is required and is $25/month. This gives you ongoing access to the DrBrainRx team for:

• Refill access and treatment guidance

Care Access is the only recurring automatic charge. It can be canceled anytime with no cancellation fee. On the Monthly Flex Plan, medication itself is only charged when you request a refill.
